There are several sets of numerals in Oroha, used in different situations.

The Counting set is used when simply counting from 1-10.
The Quantifier set is used with a following noun, to describe how many of that noun there are. For instance:

The Ordinal set is used to describe how items or actions are ordered.
Beyond this, there are also special sets of numbers, such as those used in counting by twos:
2 -- 'etana'erua literally 'eta na 'e rua -- 1 becomes 2
4 -- 'ooruna'ehai literally 'ooru na 'e hai -- 3 becomes 4
6 -- 'oonona'ehiu literally nima na 'e 'oono -- 5 becomes 6
8 -- hiuna'ewaru literally hiu na 'e waru -- 7 becomes 8
10 - siwana'e'ahuta literally siwa na 'e 'ahuta -- 9 becomes 10
