Oroha has several different types of pronouns:
- Independent Pronouns
- Focused Pronouns
- A/S-function Pronouns
- Pronominal Suffixes
- O-function Pronominal Suffixes
- Possessive Pronominal Suffixes
In general, the following is true of all the pronoun systems in Oroha:
- They distinguish three persons: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
- They distinguish three numbers: singular, dual, plural
- At least in the case of the O-function pronominal suffixes, in the third person, number is apparently only relevent for human referents. All non-humans, regardless of number, are marked as 3rd person singular.
- There are no gender distinctions.
- In both the dual and the plural, there is a distinction between 1st person Inclusive, and 1st person Exclusive.
